Stephen Hewitt has 16 years experience as a Pastry Chef working at top five star hotels around the world.He has won the Gold Award as Pastry Chef for the International Culinary Welsh Team.
In the last seven years his passion for chocolate has intensified. Using his experience as a pastry chef and creative flair, he creates amazing chocolate sculptures, handmade truffles and showpieces.
Living and working in North Wales, Stephen has developed a reputation for his amazing cakes and desserts. He looks forward to hearing from you and planning the cake to make your occassion one to remember.
